EAGLE WATCH TENNIS offers a complete menu of Adult lesson programming supervised by our certified tennis professionals.  Whether you are looking for a great way to get in shape, learn the sport for a lifetime or play competitively, Eagle Watch has something for you.  Programs include Live Ball Drills, Advanced Drills, Group Lessons, Cardio Tennis, Adults 101, The Shot of the Week, ALTA/USTA team practices, private and semi-private lessons.

LIVE BALL DRILLS

This high-energy, high-spirited program features challenging tennis games, Ground stroke games, volley games, approach shot and passing shot games - you name it, we play it. Meet new friends, improve your tennis skills and get fit!

ADVANCED DRILLS

Advanced tennis drills are the necessary exercises a player can do on court to refine their current tennis strokes. These advanced tennis drills are designed for players to maximize their tennis tactic and ability to execute shots based on live ball situations.

CARDIO TENNIS

Cardio Tennis pushes your fitness to a new level with a high energy workout! It’s a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate high energy workout. Includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you want to find a healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories…try Cardio Tennis!

ADULTS 101

Adult beginners teaches new adult players the fundamentals of tennis starting with the basic understanding of the game of tennis, it’s rules, regulations and game play. This class focuses on learning basic strokes, footwork, physical fitness and conditioning, and equipment needed to learn and play the sport of a lifetime!!

These beginners tennis classes are perfect for brand new players and those that are looking to further develop their feel and control on the court. With this training course, you will start developing control, swing techniques, and positioning on the first day of class.

MORNING DRILLS

Morning drills focus on each player's individual skills. The Morning drills are important to develop skills on different tennis strokes, and aims to improve the player's shots accuracy, pace, strength and endurance.

SHOT OF THE WEEK

Shot of the Week is a 5 weeks clinic that focuses on a certain shot each week (forehand, backhand, volleys, overhead, serve). Shot of the week dead ball drills will also reinforce skills of players of all levels. This clinic is the perfect combination of drills and point play.
